All orders will be shipped within 72 hours of receipt, via United States Postal Service (USPS), Priority. If a product is out of stock at the time of order, the customer will be contacted by Wind Song Acres to determine if a replacement product would be desired.

If you are not 100% satisfied with a purchase, simply return your unused merchandise in its original packaging to us within 10 days and we will happily exchange it for store credit. Due to the nature of our product, we can not accept returns of used products. All damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of package. We do not refund shipping fees.
