Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Account Creation. If you create an Account, or sign up for our newsletter, we will ask you for your name and email address.
Purchase Information. If you make a purchase with Wind Song Acres, we will record the personal information and details associated with the transaction. For example, if you place an order on the Site, we will collect the items you purchase, your billing and shipping address, phone number. We do not store your credit card information; we collect payments through a third party (Square and PayPal) we never see your credit information. Wind Song Acres does not directly collect or store any payment card information, but it may receive information associated with your payment card information (e.g., your billing details).
We use Shippo.com to fulfill all of our order requests. Shippo will store what you ordered, when you ordered it, your name, phone number and shipping address. Shippo does not gain access to your billing address or your payment method. This allows us to double check your order, order status, as well as allow us to make any necessary adjustments to your order. In the future we may use your shipping information as a way to send out advertisements and other marketing materials.
Communications with Us. We may collect personal information from you such as email address, phone number, or mailing address when you request information about our Services, sign up for our newsletter or otherwise communicate with us.
Surveys. We may contact you to participate in surveys. If you decide to participate, you may be asked to provide certain information which may include personal information.
Information We Collect Through Your Use of the Services.
We may collect certain information automatically when you use the Services.
